Question, if Fitbit is still under warranty... Will they replace the broken strap?

If it's an original fitbit strap then it will be covered by the warranty and if it's broken due to a defect rather than accidental damage then you should be eligible for a replacement.

Best thing to do is to contact customer support where they can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com
