Blaze stuck on mangled logo, reset ineffective

This morning my wife's Blaze got stuck on what looks like the ffitbit logo, but it's really unreadable. See attached photo. I charged the Blaze all day but no change. I tried the rest procedure but still no change. What can I do?IMG_20171001_212809.jpg
