Welcome to the Community @jdnoord and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. @Aclobos thanks for stopping by and for the tip provided. I recommend restarting your Blaze a couple of times more, after the restart process set it up as a new device by doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:
1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account tab.
2. Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
