Blaze stuck on start screen

Has anyone had issues with their blaze after the battery dying 100%? Put mine on the charger overnight and woke up to the blaze stuck on the Fitbit logo. I've tried resetting/restarting by holding the Left and Bottom Right buttons but it simply flashes the red battery image and then goes right back to the Fitbit logo. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Community @jdnoord and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. @Aclobos thanks for stopping by and for the tip provided. Woman Very Happy I recommend restarting your Blaze a couple of times more, after the restart process set it up as a new device by doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account tab.
2. Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Wink

I@jdnoord, it sounds like your battery is not charged. If it is charged you should not see a red battery image on your blaze. What does you blaze battery look like when you login to your Fitbit app? Your app should sync with your blaze if its change. It possible the battery took a dump. I would call customer service and hopefully your still under warranty. Good luck.

Thank you for the assistance! After a number of resets I was able to charge the battery and everything is running as normal.
