Blaze stuck on the fitbit logo

Can anyone help?

My fitbit battery died as I forgot to wear it for a while as I was working,

I plugged it in and the fitbit logo came up but that's it!

I can't change the screen. Nothing happens when I swipe.

I can't reset. Nothing happens when I push the buttons.

I can't sync it to my computer.

Basically, I can't do anything with it.

Any suggestions??

A warm welcome to the Community @Cas60, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

Have you tried to paired the tracker as a new device? If you haven't, I recommend trying this by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

Well, after not working for 2 days all of a sudden it suddenly recharged
and worked!
