I hope others do not experience the poor telephone support I did when trying to get help. All I got was someone telling me I did not understand how Fitbit works and I am a 3 year user. Considering returning this one to the store though. Disappointing!

Sleep tracking. Does not track as accurately as FB flex. Will change back to Normal sensitivity and try again. I have seen others post about this problem. Thoughts?

I had the same experience and this is my first tracker. The guy I spoke to had such a heavy Indian accent I could hardly understand one word he said. He was not at all helpful with any question I asked him. I gave up. I tried calling again only to get another guy with the same accent, I hung up and now I only use the chat link. I CAN read English so no problem. It stinks that you can't call and speak to someone you can understand. Sad.

I gave up, I no longer waste my time with that function and take it off at night.
