Hi I just got my Blaze yesterday and last night it was working perfectly. Today the swipe to scroll through the menu on the face of the watch is not working. I can't get the face to move beyond the clock.

Reset work

I can't get my Blaze to swipe anymore.  I've tried charging it.  I tried to do that reset with pushing the left button and right bottom button.  It doesn't do anything.  The reset won't work.  The only thing that works at all is the main screen with the clock and if you tap it it will show steps, floors, hr, etc. I'm not sure what else to do to try to get the swipe to work.  It is really frustrating because I run almost everyday and I use the 'run' option.  That is why I got this fitbit.

@simone_marco welcome to the forums. It's nice to see new faces around! Smiley Wink I suggest trying the restart more than once this time:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your tracker doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my tracker? to turn Blaze off and back on again.

After that, I recommend setting up your tracker as a new device. Click here for instructions on how to go through the set up process again. Smiley Happy Let me know how it goes!
