Hi. I've a 18month fit bit blaze that won't swipe left or right so I can see my steps, heart rate etc.ive tried to do a reset several times, this won't work and my blaze stays on the watch face all the time. I know it's counting steps etc as these are shown on my phone. Is there anything l can do.to get the screen working properly and to get it to reset. Thanks

Blaze stopped swiping yesterday morning. Went to the website to try troubleshooting the issue, and followed the directions. I tried the reset several times, did not work. Contacted Customer Service, who said, 'sorry for the inconvenience, but we can offer you 25% off a new one', after seeing that I have had the Blaze since December 2016, and it is out of warranty. After saying I was uninterested in buying another Fitbit watch if they only last 2-3 years and are expensive, the representative had me change the clock face and to reset the watch again, did not work. Again, she offered me a 25% discount to buy a new watch. The clock and date stay accurate, HR is accurate, step count is accurate, it is still connecting and syncing with my iPhone, but I cannot swipe up, down, left or right. I have always been happy with the Blaze, until now. It stops working, and there is no fix for it, just a 25% discount for being a "loyal customer" I cannot be a loyal customer if there is not better customer service. Great Customer Service is what make companies elite. All I was offered was an attempt of a reset and a 25% off coupon. That is not great customer service. Buyers beware, less than 3 years of use and it no longer works.
