Blaze sync issue

I have followed all of the directions and when I try to add a device and get to the screen to "Enter the number on your display" - I enter the number and it scrolls and scrolls and says 'Pairing your tracker...' but nothing happens beyond that. I've done this for several hours today.

Is this the only Fitbit you have? Asking because if others are near it can cause problems

 

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
