What tracker are you referring to? The Blaze has not been released yet.
Scratch that, they appear to be available now.....
What error messages are you receiving? Were you able to successfully set it up?

@Ira33black before your able to sync, the Blaze has to be setup and added to type Fotbit account. Has this been done yet?
Turn on locarion, through the phones status bar or settings. Android, other than that ypu should be good. To add the Blaze open Fitbit, then menus, devices, tap the Plus Sign in the top right and follow directions.
My phone is an S5 on OS 5.0.1.
I agree that knowing of any error messages or red exclamation points, tap on them, will be helpful.

I received a Fitbit Blaze for Xmas gift and unable to sync to my Samsung S4. I receive message Blaze reject sync. Any suggestions???

You dont pair your Blaze to the Phone, you connect the Blaze to your account through the Fitbit software, then the software pairs the blaze to the phone.
In the app go to account - setup new device.
