Blaze syncing and heart rate issues

Hi,

I have recently had to have my Blaze replaced... thank you for the efficiency in doing this. However, since doing this I have been having ongoing issues with my Blaze syncing with my phone. Every time I open my app I have to re sync my watch to see any data, it is always blank before. The sync can then take up to 5 minutes to be done.

My watch is also not showing my my heart rate regularly throughout the day. When I look it just shows the dashed lines. I still have it in the right position on my arm do that is not the cause and the watch is fully charged. This can happen whilst exercising which is obviously not ideal when you are trying to track your rate throughout.

Any guidance and help would be great because I have tried everything suggested online and in handbooks.

Thanks

Tami

Thanks for troubleshooting these issues by yourself. I recommend taking a look at the following links and follow the instructions provide there:

Hi,

Thank you very much I have tried both but still having issues. My phone still reverts to 0 on everything when I open the app and takes around 5 minutes to sync and show actual data. I never had this problem before with my old phone and my watch still stops reading my heart rate regularly. See below images for examples. It is getting really annoying as firstly I don't have time to spend waiting for my Fitbit to sync and secondly I rely on my Fitbit for my workouts and I am struggling to trust the data I am getting given the constant intermittent reafings. Please can you respond to my most recent post I am starting to get extremely annoyed with my Fitbit or would it be better for me to call customer services instead?

Thanks
