Blaze syncing

Have loved the Blaze but have experienced all the frustrations with getting it to sync with my MacAir Book.  Finally, received a dongle.  The Blaze synced one time then would not do it again.  Then did the restart of the Blaze and downloaded the newest download.  It has now worked twice.  Also found that must have the tracker plugged into the computer with its plugin box and have the dongle in.  Hopefully have now found the solution to syncing.  🙂

When I first got my blaze I had a similar issue with the windows 10 app. It would sync once then say my device needed to be paired to my account again. Ultimately I gave up on the windows app since my phone app worked just fine, as long as I didn't try to sync with the windows app.
