At the moment, we don't have any news on this but what I can suggest in the meantime is adding your vote to the feature request for preloaded text replies from the Blaze which seems to have a good amount of votes already. This is in the Feature Suggestions board for our team to look at the relevant suggestions and possibly implement them in the future.
