Received a Blaze for Christmas, and I'm having trouble with the device randomly resetting to a time that is wrong. Not just a wrong time zone, but randomly wrong!
The only method I've found that works to reset the time correctly is to sync using the USB cable to my laptop, but what is causing the device to randomly change the time? The most recent reset occurred overnight, while I was wearing it.

Hi there @Foolster. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with the time resetting on your tracker.
Have you already tried by any chance to restart the Blaze itself? If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, make sure that on the Fitbit app, you go to the Account section at the top right corner, then go down to Advanced Settings and here, look for Time Zone. Make sure that it's set to automatic so that it can pick your phone's time zone and reflect it on your Blaze as well.
If that doesn't work, one last thing that you could try is setting up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Let me know if you need more help with this.
