My Blaze paired with my phone when I first bought it (December 2017) but then I went for a run a week ago and returned to find it had lost GPS connection shortly after I had left my house (no map, just a line on Runkeeper).
I have tried everything I can find on the forum etc to connect my Blaze via Bluetooth to my iPhone 7 without success.
After reviewing various products (I wanted one that would specifically pair with run keeper that I could refer to stats, mileage etc easily from my wrist and not have to get my phone out whilst I was on the move) I chose this for it had good reviews... I am now very disappointed and on the verge of sending it back.
Can anyone suggest anything else I can do? Thank you

Hi there @BAR65. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I can help you with this. When you're using the Connected GPS feature, this means that your tracker will gather the GPS data through your phone. Therefore, it's necessary for you to carry your phone with you when going out for it to keep a stable connection. I'm telling you this just to make sure that you have your phone with you when going out for a run.
Other than that, if you're having problems with GPS not working properly, be sure that you're running in a clear space that doesn't have much tall buildings around or other elements that could block the phone reception and in consequence, affect your GPS readings.
Let me know if you need more help with this!
