Set it into the charger cradle connected to a DC charger PLUGGED INTO A POWER CORD, NOT A COMPUTER'S USB PORT! and leave it for a good hour or so. Don't touch it, don't try to start it. After an hour, remove it and do a hard reset (hold the left button and lower right button together for 10 secs until the FitBit logo appears). See if that gets you back up and running.
