I ran an update to my blaze tracker this morning and all of a sudden it powered down and I haven’t been able to get it back up.

Set it into the charger cradle connected to a DC charger PLUGGED INTO A POWER CORD, NOT A COMPUTER'S USB PORT! and leave it for a good hour or so. Don't touch it, don't try to start it. After an hour, remove it and do a hard reset (hold the left button and lower right button together for 10 secs until the FitBit logo appears). See if that gets you back up and running.

Great to welcome you @Bigblu15 and @Remmy700P thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your Blaze? If you do, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy
