Right now my blaze says it's December 6th 10:25 AM when it is actually December 5th 10:25 PM. Fitbit app recognizes the right date and time but device is completely wrong. What gives??

It might be that your timezone is set incorrectly in your profile settings. You can check yours at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit

Welcome to the Community @Chulhwan and @SteveH thanks for stopping by.
I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you still having issues with the information that your tracker is displaying? I also recommend checking that the device you are using to sync your device have the correct time.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()

My time zone is set correctly but is still off by 12 hours exactly. I misclicked and accepted this as a solution but it's not! I've tried the device reset as well as removing it from my app and setting up a new device multiple times. My phone is set to network time so that is automatically set which shows the correct date and time.

Try setting it to s different Time zone. Sync it
Then set it back to the correct one and sync again.

Tried changing the time zone and still not working. I'm in Pacific Time. The Fitbit app recognizing it's the correct date and time but my blaze still is 12 hrs off. It thinks it's current midnight when it's noon right now
