Blaze tracking while not wearing

My blaze died yesterday and I had to charge it while sleeping. Upon waking it began vibrating telling me I had reached my daily goal. It tracked over 13k steps, 2400 cal, 26 floors all without exercise. I have tried resetting, shutting it down and nothing works. Is there a factory reset in order?

A restart simply, restarts the hardware, it won't reset da5a. Once tye data is on the server you will need to remove the steps through the app are web by manually adding a driving log for the time in question.
