Blaze turning off randomly

Hi, My Fitbit Blaze switches off every time it receives an incoming call notification & also whenever I start any exercise & click on GO, the device switches off. Please provide me a solution for the same, I tried resetting the device couple of times. Let me know if I am even doing the reset properly.

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue by yourself. Are you making sure that your tracker has enough battery? Is the battery lasting the time it should?.

 

Confirm that these are the steps you followed to restart your Blaze:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
