Fitbit please release a new update for Blaze to fix all the bugs and issues we are having!   Please please!

It would be helpful if you listed the problems that you are having and what you have done to try and resolve them.

I have many issues , losing charge, blank screen etc...
I have done all the troubleshooting required and have contacted customer service. Resolution 25% discount on new purchase. I just wish an update would be released , there are a lot of unhappy blaze customers out there.
