Hi All, got my Fitbit Blaze yesterday and so far loving it, still working my way around the menu's etc but is there anyway (or an easy way) to personalise a HIIT workout with interval timers etc. So maybe 45 seconds push up 30 seconds rest 45 seconds mountain climbers and so on ?

It's great to see you around @PaulGallery. Actually, you need to manually log the activity "HIIT" by doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:
1. Tap the exercise tile.
2. Tap the timer in the top right corner; this will take you to the Mobile Run screen.
3. Tap "Log" at the top of the screen.
4. Log your activity.
There is already a request made about adding HIIT, I recommend checking the Request, vote for it and leave your comment.
Keep the stepping up!

How is this a solution for a HIIT timer?
