Blaze: using the home button to start a generic workout timer

I love my Blaze. There's one feature that I wished it had, however. I run outside year round. In the winter it's difficult to start my timer having to access the watch face with my bare finger, thus having to remove my glove and find my watch under layers of clothing. Can you make it possible to start a generic workout timer where you hold down the home button (like you do on the Charge) and stop the timer the same way? I know there's the auto workout feature but I prefer to start and stop my workouts myself. Thanks 🙂
