Blaze vs Pebble on iPad

I’m a bit disappointed. They bought Pebbleand none of its good points have migrated to the Blaze. For instance, on the Pebble with the Aspire clockface I got time, date, day, temperature (connected to weather app on iPad), battery use, and steps. Then one app connected to my contacts so I had phone numbers on my wrist. Another app gave me a metronome (I’m a musician). And I miss all this. Unfortunately the Pebble has given up the ability to hold a charge or I’d still be using it.

It looks like the Blaze 2 will run the Pebble/Ionic software and even looks like the Pebble Time 2.

The Blaze does not use the Pebble O/S, so there is no way to compare. I believe the Ionic does as it came out after Fitbit bought Pebble's software unit.

Thanks for that. I guess I really should have waited for the Blaze 2.

I looked but the Ionic doesn’t really work like the Pebble. Too soon after they bought Pebble I expect. I think I’ll wait for the Blaze 2. What the heck. It’s only more money spent.
