Blaze water question.

Hello,

I bought a Blaze today and was wondering what people's experience has been if water has gotten on their watch. I am a hairstylist so obvoiusly I am shampooing clients but not really dunking it in water.  I can wear my Fitbit one to work so it really isn't a deal breaker but I was just curious. Thank you.

From my understanding the Blaze is "Splash Proof" and not waterproof. I take it off if I think I'm going to get it wet, such as when I wash the dishes, showering, washing the dog, swimming, and any other way that might cause the watch water damage. I'd imagine washing a clien'ts hair would probably be a good time to take it off. It might be a hastle to have to remove it and then put it back on every time you wash someone's hair but it will help keep your Fitbit in the best shape it can be in.

In short: I wouldn't wear it when washing someone's hair for the fact that the watch is "Splash Proof" and not "Water Proof".  :]
