My Fitbit Blaze went black yesterday got home put it in the charger but nothing yet it just won't turn on and there's no green light

hi! @Mrsjuls if you find a way to restore please let me know. I updated my Iphone a week ago and my fitbit also went Black and still can not get it to come back on. I tried just about everything. Good Luck!

Hi I've emailed the Fitbit communication department and they asked me where I bought my Fitbit and the warranty status of my Fitbit so I'm still waiting on their reply
