Blaze went out

I bought two fit bit blazes.  The one i bought foe my daughter has went blank.  The green lights still flash. But the screen does not turn on.  It went dead and we put it on the charger and that was it.   I called customer service a couple of months ago because it would flash red.  They told me it was over the warrant it was nothing they could do.   I have spent good money with these products.  Maybe i should tey something  new. She told me i would just have to buy another one. Smh.

My Blaze just died on me this morning too.  Not quite 2 years old.

Customer service took me through all the steps just to say theres nothing they can fo but offer me 10% on a new one which would cost me the exact same to purchase it at bestbuy or another store.  Looks as if we are wasting our money on these products

Not sure of how or why but I told her to try to reset it everyday and it finally came on after almost two weeks.

Mine just did the same thing! Still vibrates and tracks steps but no screen 😢

Just make sure it is charged and try to reset it every day. 🙏🏾🤞🏾
