This has been the worse experience I have ever had trying to connect a device to my phone! I received a Fitbit Blaze for Christmas and it has been almost useless since. Why is it taking the developers so long to fix a problem that seems to be pretty common? First, when I was able to connect to the app, it would not recognize my Blaze to connect with Friends. Now, I can't even get the Blaze to even connect to my Bluetooth. This has been worthless. I just hope I can take this back to purchase anything not from Fitbit.
And just to clarify, I have tried every method in these forums and even contacted support. They couldn't figure it out. The only message I got fromy them is they are working on a fix. My fix is to get rid of this and purchase something new.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy 6.
I actually found a solution, not one that I like, but it works.
I created a new account. I was able to finally connect this morning, but created a new account. And finally, I can connect to friends.
