Hi , I’ve had my blaze for a year and 4 months , I went to charge it as normal, it showed the battery filling , and left it to its thing , went back , it’s not taken the charge , tried different outlet , went and got a new charging dock . With no effect . Have read the threads related and have tried resetting , no life at all
any ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi , got hold of customer services , spoke to them , because I’m still in the 2 year guarantee they have offered to replace it or give me 50% off a new Fitbit . They couldn’t of been more helpful . If you get the replacement, then it’s only covered by the guarantee of the first at time of perchase , which would give me about 8 months so probably going to upgrade. Hope this helps . Good luck

I have the same issue, my fitbit blaze battery/charge does not last long. It shows full battery charge but would die down in seconds. Is it battery or my charger?
