Blaze will not charge

I have been trying to charge my Blaze for 3 days now and when I try to sync it says my Blaze is not charged enough. The battery symbol thing never comes up. Just Fitbit/setup... What do I do, anyone have some ideas for me? Thank you

If you are trying to charge your Blaze using a computer USB port then you could try using a wall charger instead (such as the one used to charge your phone)

I use my Xbox One literally to charge almost everything including my Alta while my Blaze is in the charger. I charge mine every 3-5 days depending on when the battery is low, but it recieves a full charge before the workweek.

Make sure that the USB port is working.

@MOMMYOFFOUR  Until you set up your tracker, the battery symbol will not show.  (Since you mentioned it the screen just shows "Fitbit.com/setup"). Have you tried setting up your device yet?

@MOMMYOFFOUR after being in the charger. Or 20-30 minutes it should have enough power to do the update.

I would then try the setup again as @Kmransom123 suggests. The app will then warm you if the battery is still low. Kelly is correct about no battery icon on the setup screen.

The other thing to try, do the update while in the charger, but if it has been charging for hours the battery will be good.

Another note is that your Fitbit has been connected to your account, so we just have to do the update.
