My fitbit Blaze completely died on me yesterday. When I got home i put it on. Charger, approximately 11pm. When I got up at 530am it wasn't charged or showing any indication it was taking a charge. Double checked different USB ports and they all work fine. So I made sure it was placed in holder correctly and went to work. Just got home at 1130pm and it still isn't charged or showing any indication. Please help!
Best AnswerHave you tried restarting the Blaze ?
Best Answer@srcj0623, you mention usb ports, are there on a computer? Did you make sure that the tracker is charging when the computer goes to sleep?
Why not try the phones charger?
Best AnswerI am having the same issue and the reset will not work either. Is there another option or what is the next step I need to take. I know the chargers work because we have tried another blaze on the charger and theirs works.
Best AnswerMy thought would be to shutdown the Blaze. If it still doesn't work then you're problem is beyond the ability of Fitbit users to help out and should consider contacting Fitbit.
Best AnswerI have a separate charging station with plus and USB ports. Tried all different slots and nothing will charge it.
