My Fitbit Blaze has stopped tracking steps

My Fitbit has stopped tracking my steps. Over the weekend it has been only tracking some and not all of my steps and now it has stopped all together.
I am also unable to join any weekend or daily challenges. It lets me accept and I can then no longer view any steps.
I have had my Fitbit less than a year and bought new from O2, I would not expect this to stop working.
Can someone please help? 

I have restart my Fitbit and shut it down, this has not helped.

You are usually advised to try the restart 3 times.  If that does not help, then you may need to contact Fitbit Customer Support at contact.fitbit.com.  They can take a closer look and see what is going on.

I have just restarted this, and it seems to work and then it stops working again. 

 

I will get in touch with them directly.

Im having the exact same issue. 

Did they ever resolve it?

Step tracker is completely stopped working!

I'm so upset because I just got the aria to pair with it two days ago!
