Hello,
I have tried to do an online chat but got disconnected twice. My daughter’s Blaze will not charge. She did not tell me until recently, but has been unable to use it since February. The watch was purchased in December 2017. I have attempted to clean the contacts and I am unable to do a reset since there is no battery power. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

When not charging for long periods of time it ruins the battery. Thats why it wont charge. Its totally dead sorry
