Blaze will not hold charge

My blaze will charge to 100% and 2 hours later it will be at low battery level. It also will no longer hold record my sleep. 

I have chatted with customer service and was told it is my Samsung phone. I could understand if my phone battery was being drained but it's the fitbit!

Same thing with mine, its 6 months old, no notifications on. I have a galaxy 8. No sync on either. They told me the same thing a few hours ago.

Thank you for the reminder!! My notifications on the Blaze have never worked!
