Blaze will not hold charge

Absolutely love my Blaze, however it is less than a year old and will not hold charge for more than two hours. I tried all suggested methods to correct this issue but nothing seems to help.

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

I followed all tips and it is still not holding the charge.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
