Blaze will not sync with Windows 7 and Fitbit dongle

Could not get Blaze to sync with a Fitbit dongle on a Windows 7 laptop. Found out that the dongle placed in a powered USB port worked where a regular USB port does not work. FWIW.

All USB ports on the PC should have power. On a PC the USB are in groups under the same address as port 0, port 1, etc. The dongle needs to be in port 0

The laptop has four (4) USB 3.0 ports with one of them designated USB 3.0 charging port.

The Fitbit dongle will only sync with the Blaze device if it plugged into the USB 3.0 charging port. Thanks.
