I have just taken it off the charger and put it on. Full charge. After about an hour the screen goes black. It is non responsive when buttons are being pushed. But then I take it off and place it on the charger and it comes back to life in less than a minute and says it has a full charge.
I have tried resetting it.
This has happened a few times. The first couple times I didn’t notice until hours later, but when it syncs after it has “charged” it has a whole days worth of data. Even though it wouldn’t let me see the screen.
Help please.
