Incorrect Data for miles

Last Sunday my blaze shut down three miles into a run and ever since it is recording my runs and a walk at about 2.3 miles short ? I have already had to take one back that stopped working in less than four weeks and I have only had this one since the end of November, To say I am fed up is an understatement, I am try to record  my miles for challenges !! 😤

Sorry should read 1.3 miles not 2.3

First your better off to edit the post rather than adding a response. 

It sounds more like the tracker is shutting down rather than having an incorrect mileage which is just a symptom of the unit shutting down. 

Was the battery charged enough? 

By shutting down are you saying that the tracker has powered off completely or that the gps tracking function has shutdown?

Hello there, my blaze only shut down the once and I restarted it once I got home but since then it is recording my workouts roughly 1.3 miles short, it hasn't shut off again ?
