I am exhausted of trying to sync this thing I have turned the tracker on and off so many times the time is off now. I have Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it ( that's what worked for my charge HR) I have done everything I can think of any suggestions

Hi @Mmenzel!
First, double check to make sure your Blaze is not paired with any other device that may be nearby. If the tracker is not paired with any other device, try restarting the Blaze using the following instructions:
1.) Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.) Let go of the buttons.
If then problem continues to persist, try contacting Fitbit Support via Chat!

I'm having the same trouble with my Blaze and about ready to give up (OS Windows 7 and I don't own an iphone) ... After 3 days of clicking and hoping, I finally got my wireless network to work on this Dongle thing, and now I'm so confused as the fitbit set up still stops and asks me to plug in a Dongle, and it's plugged in, connected, and working according to the device manager.
The watch has done nothing but say fitbit,com/setup ... then turns off.
I'll try the help link, , but most of the technical fix answers I'm having real trouble understanding and have mostly got me into more strife.
