Blaze will not sync

My Blaze will not sync.  I have attempted all the suggestions, to no avail.  I am ready to return for a refund.  Frustrated.

Was one of the suggestions you tried a restart of the Blaze using this procedure:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times. I assume you also tried: restarting your phone & forgetting the fitbit in your phone's bluetooth settings? Do you go through the troubleshooting guide at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/

 

As it says in there, if all else fails then it's time to contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
