Blaze will not turn on

My Blaze was sitting for about a week and when I went to take it out of the charging case the screen goes black and will not turn on. In the charging case it lights up. Anyone else have this issue? What did you have to do to resolve it?

Hey @ann.mitch, it's great to welcome you.

 

I would like to know if you have tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
