Blaze will not update steps

Today's date is correct and each step is being recorded BUT they are being added on to an amount that was from yesterday!  I have synced it several times, reset it several times, turned the phone off several times, turned the blaze off several times.  The battery is fully charged!  I have plugged into the laptop see if that was an issue.   The Relax update was done the other day but I hadn't noticed any problems until today.  HELP!  Please 🙂

Hello @arctic blonde it sounds as if your steps where not reset last night. 

Sorry to say that once the steps are on today there is no way to take them off. You can't just add a driving event. 

 

Since their is currently a firmware update going on  for the Blaze, could you have been updating the tracker at midnight?

I was able to speak to customer service and the programmers reset it at midnight. Thanks.
