Every time I try to add my Fitbit blaze to the app as a new device and it gets "stuck" on the 'enter number on the display' and then it says 'connecting to device'. It will stay on that display for hours. I've tried deleting the app multiple times and resetting the Fitbit device multiple times.
Please let me know if I am missing anything!

Welcome to the Community @Joleenack. Is there a reason why you are trying to setup the tracker as a new device? You can try to restart your Blaze and then do the setup procedure one more time from your iOS Fitbit app.
Let me know the outcome.

I would also shut down the device being used to set up the tracker
