Blaze won't charge and overheating

I placed my Blaze in the charger and the battery icon will not come up. Also, after in the charger for a couple hours it is very hot, and still nothing on the screen.

Hello @Alixiab, forst question is your Blaxe setup? If not there will not be any charging icon.

Second thought, 1 h poo it usually is enough

About the overheating, i wpuld contact.fitbit.com this is nit right.

Or if it is new, take it back for an exchange.

I contacted Support and they determined Blaze was defective and I will be sent a replacement. Thank you!

I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a new tracker. At the moment of receiving your replacement, you can follow these steps from your Fitbit app to paired the new device:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
