Very sad! Got blaze for Christmas as a gift. Excited to use but couldn't get it to charge. Got replacement. Still wouldn't charge. Got 3rd replacement. ...guess what???? Still won't charge. Now have to return 3 blaze fitbit. Will NOT be asking for anymore replacements. You have now lost a customer fitbit!!!!

Hi  there @Suz6. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community!

If your Blaze is brand new, you will not see a battery icon on the display showing that it's charging. What you will see is the "fitbit.com/setup" message. It should vibrate when plugging it to any USB port though. You should then leave it charging for about an hour at least and after that attempt to set it up.

Try that out and let me know how it goes!

I have the same problem, there is no vibration when it is plugged in but the unit does come on. I have reset it several times. still no charge.

Thanks for the comments. I've given up with 3 bought from online. Went into a shop and bought a fourth. Asked the lady behind till to check whether it would charge as I couldn't be bothered getting home then discovering it wouldn't charge again. She checked and within 2 mins told me yeah it was fine. When home, I still only had fitbit setup message. No battery symbol. Went with it and continued to charge it. Eventually (a lot longer than 2 hours) got update accepted and full charge! !!! Including a battery symbol now when charging!!!!
The info that there would not be a battery symbol (despite all info from fitbit saying you should have a battery symbol ) would have been better sooner than 4 fitbit's later.
Happy customer now though!!!!

@Suz6 please read @FerdinandFitbit post above again.

I'f your tracker is not setup, and still shows the www.fitbut.com/setup screen, there will not be a battery charge indicator on the screen, but it will be charging.

Also your tracker night not need to be charged before setting up, the app will tell you.

Personsly I would recommend a 30-60 minute charge using your phones charger.
