Hi: I have had my Blaze at least 6 months without any issues. I got a low battery warning on Sunday and this morning it was still working fine. I plugged the Blaze into my computer port around 9am to charge it (which I have done multiple times before) and after waiting an hour it had not charged. I then unplugged it and plugged it into my iphone charger plug directly into the electrical socket. I waited an hour and still it won't charge. When I tap the screen it just shows the battery picture and one lowly red bar. I tried to "restart" it by pressing on the left button and the bottom right button, but nothing happens. Also none of the lights on the back are working either. Any ideas or suggestions of what to do? The 4 gold battery circles in the back are clean and the 4 spokes on the charger are clean as well. I hate to think I need to get a new one when this one isn't that old.
Thanks!

A warm welcome to the Forums @zrud and @WendyB thanks for stopping by!
Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your trackers are not charging, as recommended, please restart your Blaze and after the restart process, I recommend cleaning the charging contacts on the back of your Fitbit Blaze, since over time the contacts can accumulate dirt and debris that prevents them from making a good connection to the charger. Use a toothpick or toothbrush to clean the charging contacts; do not scrape them with anything metal because this can damage the plating and result in corrosion.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()
