You shouldn't leave the Blaze on the charger more than two hours. See page 9 of the user manual - click to go there
Try doing a restart of the Blaze. Hold in the right lower button and the left button at the same time until the Fitbit logo shows on the screen. Then release the buttons. It's similar to rebooting a computer or restarting a mobile device.
Let us know what happens.
Unfortunately the battery is empty and I can’t even get it to reboot/restart. I’ve plugged it into my pc and the large battery screen shows with a thin red line but it doesn’t move from there. If I remove it from the charging case, the screen will not even turn on.
