I am re posting because I did not get a response from Fitbit in the post of the same concern.
My Blaze stopped charging all of a sudden. On Wed last week I was able to get full charge and it just finally died on Monday. It will not charge. I cleaned the terminals and followed all of the instructions provided. Fitbit in my experience only last one year or shortly longer. I believe I purchased this one in June of 2017 and my previous Charge HR was replaced under warranty, and the replacement barely made it the next year.
Please advise if this is able to be repaired or if it is time to find something else.

My blaze also doesn't charge. I cleaned the contacts using a rubber eraser, no help. There is a thin red band across the bottom of the display thatdoesn't change
