Blaze won't charge

I had my Blaze for one year and currently; it will not charge.  I too have tried to clean contacts and discovered holes.

I have two Blaze Fitbits and after a year they both stopped charging as well.  Very disappointing to know we paid over $500 for them.  And there's no battery replacement.  I was expecting them to last longer than this!!  Not happy at all.

I too experienced this after 1yr 4 months.  So disappointed bc have a variety of bands.  Thought it was charger so ordered New one.  Heart broken 💔 due to loss.
