Blaze won't charge

Shortly after charging, unit shows low battery and doesn't change when re-charging.

App shows battery is charged. Screen is blank except when any button is pressed when the low battery symbol is displayed.

The hard reset procedure doesn't work.

Any ideas?

Hi LiliyaFitbit,
Thanks for the response.
Yes tried all the troubleshooting steps but no success.
App shows battery is charged, watch shows clock face & battery is charged
when connected to charger, but as soon as disconnected from charger screen
goes blank and will do nothing other than show low battery symbol when any
button pressed.
