Blaze won’t charge

My blaze won’t charge any more and I was trying to email Fitbit about it but I guess this is as close as u can get to email them

If that doesn't help you can contact customer support (including by email) via contact.fitbit.com

I have done all them steps and none of them work so what else am I suppose to do

Customer support don't monitor these forums so you'll need to contact them. If they can't fix it they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
