Blaze won't charge

I put it to charge it says full then I take it off put on wrist and is dead.WTH I have had a year and a half never any problems

Before considering other options, I'd recommend following the steps provided in the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? 

 

I've seen that you tried contacting our Support Team via chat after posting here but your chat got disconnected. I'll be more than glad to create a support case on your behalf if necessary.
